  1. Armor-Type Equipment (Headgear, Armor, Shield, Footgear, Garment):

    • When refined to +4, the equipment gains 1 random option from the applicable option table.

    • Refining beyond +4 (+5 to +10) increases both the number of options and the strength/value of each option.

  2. Weapons:

    • Weapons gain random options starting at different refine levels depending on weapon level (Lv):

      • Lv1 Weapons: Start gaining options at +7

      • Lv2 Weapons: Start at +6

      • Lv3 Weapons: Start at +5

      • Lv4 Weapons: Start at +4

    • Higher refine levels increase both the number of options and the magnitude of their effects.
